Hollywood Poker Club (HPC) Event 1

It’s official. The 2009-2010 Season for the Hollywood Poker Club has begun. Our 1^st Event was on August 26^th, and it was a great time. We started our season with 28 members, plus 6 visitors. Jeremiah, Rob and Ricky did a fantastic job setting everything for all the members.

Congratulation to Ron Faust, Event #1 winner; Ron took home over $500 in cash. Good thing he’s not a member of the league. Grady Witcher was 2^nd place in the money, but a 1^st place in points. Very nice start for Grady jumping ahead of the group with a whipping 38 Points 1^st Event lead.

To our friend Chad Manford, he had the honors to be the first one out, for a nice total of 1 point. Chad, I have some nice books at home or you can check Kill No Limit eBook, plus the magazines are free @ Hollywood. Good luck next month Chad…Not really!!!

I add the results to the leader board for Event 1, so please take a minute and check that your points are correct.

Next Event will be on September 23^rd, at 8:00PM. I added an event page with a calendar of events around the Tri-State, including our club events. I will update from time to time, so please if you know any event and I don’t have it listed let me know. That way our members can go and collect money from the weakest player around on the other events and bring it to our tournaments…
